This organisation makes localised products cheaper and therefore is bettor on the environment as you are not paying for it to be transported long distances. It also advantages the farmers of these products as they are being sold on fair terms.

You will find that these products are easily affordable and still at a great quality. paying for fairtrade coffee is supporting local farmers. local farmers are not getting the support they deserve as it is cheaper to buy imported supplies. |

Impacts and consequences of the coffee bean trade
There are a number of different reasons that the coffee bean trade is harmful to our environment which has been briefly described above. The main reason being the transportation of coffee (importing and exporting). local products are found to be more expensive as they are not getting fair prices to sell in the market, people would rather spend less money to get the same quality of product imported from overseas which is harming our environment and contributing to global warming.
In some cases the rubbish and disposable packaging comes into action foam cups or just wasting paper is also contributing because the manufacturing in the factories creates pollution. If this is recycled its then making the environment a little bit better but with the amount manufactured there are much more ethical and environmentally friendly ways as described above to get your coffee on the go.
